Shipping policy

Our Policy:

At SUCESO we have collaborators who stand out for both their uniqueness and authenticity. Due to the traditional artisan techniques used in the production of their collections, colours and patterns may vary slightly from one piece to another. Considering this, the products we distribute are special, different and unique, and differ from those produced in a factory. It is difficult to find two exact same pieces, which is why imperfections and irregularities are often appreciated and expected.


At SUCESO we work with the stock that we have available in our warehouse in l’Escala, Girona, and we make sure to send the products to your home in the fastest and most sustainable way possible. 

Shipping costs:

  • Spain Peninsula (1-3 days): 5,90€
  • Balearic Islands (3-5 days): 9,90€

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and other European countries check here:

Free shipping:

  • Remember! If your order is over € 150, shipping will be free!

Once an order is shipped from our warehouse, a shipping confirmation email is sent to the address you have submitted. The shipping confirmation email includes (1) order number, (2) an overview of the ordered items, (3) payment and delivery details, and (4) a postal tracking number.

SUCESO does not guarantee that all items listed online are in stock at the time of your purchase. If an item is out of stock before the status is updated on the website, we will notify you by email or phone. We will give you the option to choose an alternative item or cancel the order and receive a refund of the purchase.

Exchanges and Returns:

Any changes or returns must be notified within 14 days of receiving an item. Given the authenticity and origin of the collections that we distribute, we encourage all our users to thoroughly read the description of each of the products upon purchase and to make sure of your willingness to purchase them. That way we can avoid unnecessary costs and damage to the environment.

In addition, as each piece is of a distinctive and handmade nature, it is essential to regard our products as hand-crafted and therefore different and unique.

In the event that a product turns out to be in poor condition, please contact us (within a maximum period of 14 days).  We will analyze the case and proceed to offer a refund if applicable.

SUCESO only accepts exchanges or returns on products that are in the same condition in which they were sent to the customer (unused, clean, free of dust or any fragrance). We will not accept exchanges or returns on items that have been used or damaged. Once your exchange or return has been received, we will confirm via email whether it has been approved or rejected.
